Job Function

  • Preparing and/or maintaining meetings/travel schedules
  • Processing New Hire and/or Benefit paperwork
  • Basic Payroll skills, tracking schedules
  • Basic inventory management with shipping responsibilities
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records in CRM and database software
  • Acts as a liaison between the customer and the company
  • Assist in the management of company contacts
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask


Qualifications

This person is a key link between the medical and health care professionals the Regional Sales Representative/Product Specialist. The ideal candidate must be a self motivated multi - tasker that is organized and is a fast learner.

  • Experience in medical industry preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with data entry, database management, and customer relationship software (CRM) experience required.
  • Office and inventory management skills required.
  • Looking for someone who is eager to work hard and start a nice career in a friendly office environment.
  • College degree preferred but not essential.
